  • Upon arrival, the fr...

    Upon arrival, the front desk staff kindly and apologetically informed us that the elevator was out of service, so we had to use the emergency stairs to reach our Room on the 8th floor. It was late at night, which made using the emergency stairs a bit frightening. If not for this issue, it would have been a comfortable stay. We hope for proper management of elevator safety inspections and maintenance.
