  • I would like to stay here again.

    The location was great, and the Facility was clean and well maintained.The guest room was compact but easy to use, and I slept very well. The staff, including the person who handled the late-night snack service, greeted me with warm smiles and provided excellent service, making this a truly memorable stay. I’ve come to love Matsumoto even more, and I’d like to stay here again.

  • It was clean.

    The Room was very clean. The bed and pillows were just right, and I was able to rest well.Breakfast was great, especially the miso soup. The ingredients were generous and the broth had a rich flavor—it really felt like a Shinshu-style miso soup. I also enjoyed the vegetable dishes.If I have a chance to visit Matsumoto again, I would love to stay here again.
