    The service and the POLA amenities were truly excellent. Unfortunately, many overseas guests may not use the air purifier.When I tried to use it this time, there was a blue straw between the unit and the wall. There was also dust, which was disappointing.There was towel lint on the shelf above the toilet.It was disappointing, especially since Richmond had been recommended to me.

    I stayed here for a live concert! I have used this Hotel multiple times, and I am always very satisfied with the service and hospitality. Having a coffee machine in the Room was also a nice touch. However, this time, after having dinner outside and returning to the Hotel, I planned to relax in the bathtub but found that there was no hot water. When I asked at the front desk, they informed me that the boiler was broken and they didn’t know when it would be fixed. Unfortunately, I had to wake up early in the morning to take a bath instead. It was disappointing to experience such an issue.
