    The check-in and check-out procedures were very simple, and the Facility was easy to use and thoughtfully prepared, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The spacious, user-friendly bathroom was a plus, and I was happy with the excellent breakfast selection, including jingisukan (grilled mutton), soup curry, and zangi (Hokkaido-style fried chicken).

  • As always, the staff...

    As always, the staff were wonderful, and the Hotel was very clean, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. It’s close to the station and there’s also a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient—so I’ve decided that when staying in Sapporo, this is my Hotel of choice. I look forward to staying again.

    Thank you very much for your continued patronage of JR East Hotel Mets Premier Sapporo.

    In accordance with ordinances established by Hokkaido and Sapporo City, an Accommodation Tax will be introduced starting Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

    At our Hotel, the Accommodation Tax will be collected on-site from all guests staying on or after Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
    The start date and tax rates are as follows:

    Accommodation Fee of JPY 50,000 or more: Total JPY 1,000 (Breakdown: Sapporo City JPY 500 / Hokkaido JPY 500)

    *The Accommodation Fee refers to the No Meals Included rate per person per night including the Service Fee but excluding meal charges and consumption tax.

    New Reservations for stays from April 2026 onward are scheduled to open from late October onward.
