Ibis Styles Tokyo Bay

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 2 nights and 3 days. We arrived at Shin-Urayasu Station at 9:30 PM and were worried whether the local bus would still be running, but we were able to get on right away. It took about five minutes, and the Hotel was very close to the stop, so getting there was extremely easy. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful.Amenities and pajamas were available near the front desk, and everything we needed was provided, which was a big help. Our Room was a triple, but it didn’t feel too cramped; it was well cleaned and comfortable. We also appreciated having separate bath and toilet areas.Breakfast had a smaller selection, but there were many items that made us want to try them, and everything tasted great—we were very satisfied. They happened to be holding a strawberry fair as well, so our child was happy to enjoy plenty of strawberries. We especially liked the fun options such as cotton candy, chocolate fondue, and make-your-own waffles.We only visited DisneySea, but using the shuttle bus both ways made it very convenient. With how easy it was to get from the station to the Hotel, how comfortable the Room was, and how good the value felt overall, we’d love to stay again in the future.

I often visit Maihama and Shin-Urayasu for various reasons, including Disney, so I’ve stayed at many Hotels in the area. The Room here isn’t particularly large, but it’s still quite new and clean, and housekeeping is thorough. We’re usually two people, but we try to Reserve a Room with three beds and a private bathroom. With a table in the Room as well, it’s easy to eat there and stay comfortably.This time I wasn’t feeling well, so I requested early check-in if possible. I paid an additional 500 yen for early check-in along with the parking fee, so I thought we might be able to enter after a short wait—but we ended up waiting nearly an hour. In that case, it might have been better if they had simply told us that one hour later would be fine. We were able to get in 45 minutes earlier than regular check-in time, which allowed me to rest a bit and recover enough to keep my plans afterward.Breakfast doesn’t have an enormous variety, but I think it’s tasty. On the first day at 7:00 it was very quiet; on the second day at 8:30 the food area was crowded, and there was a line for the croffles since you bake them yourself—there also seemed to be many Western guests. It looked like seating areas are separated when guests are guided to their tables, so as two Japanese guests we were able to enjoy a calm breakfast once seated.We plan to stay again at the end of this month for another errand. For our family of two, this Hotel is our first choice.
