    Three of us stayed here as friends. We made a Reservation for the executive floor, so all three of us had spacious beds and a large Room.There were many perks, and we were able to fully enjoy our time. The large public bath also helped us relax both physically and mentally.Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it wasn’t crowded, so we could enjoy it at a leisurely pace.When we visit Kobe again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

  • That was very helpful.

    I stayed here for a live show at GLION Arena.I checked in in a hurry and headed straight to the venue, so I accidentally left something behind in the Facility. When I called to explain the situation, the staff kindly searched for it and kept it safe for me.After the show, when I wasn’t sure where to eat, they also provided Shuttle Service to the dining area, which was a huge help since I had injured my foot.Later, I was able to relax in the Onsen and recover from my fatigue.Next time, I’d love to stay again and take my time sightseeing.
