  • The Hotel staff were very helpful.

    Overall, my stay was fine with no issues, but there was one thing that upset me. There are two massage chairs, and it is common courtesy to take turns after one session. However, a Chinese couple used them about three times in a row. I asked them to let others have a turn, but they did not. That was the only disappointing part of my stay. I would appreciate it if you could post a notice asking guests to take turns. It was unpleasant.

  • If it weren’t for this.

    The moment I turned on the air conditioner, there was a bad smell—I'm not sure if it was from the filter or the fan...It was only at startup, but the odor was unacceptable.Also, the toilet smelled.
