    I wanted a non-smoking Room, but none were available at the time of Reservation. Since my wife is sensitive to the smell of cigarettes, I emailed to confirm, and received a prompt and courteous reply, which allowed us to head to the Hotel with peace of mind.On the day, our Room was changed to a non-smoking Room, and we were also able to relax in the large public bath and recover from our trip. We had a very comfortable stay.Thank you very much.

    Although I mentioned it at the time of my Reservation, when I left my luggage well before check-in, the staff handled it kindly and courteously without showing any displeasure. There was also a self-service luggage storage area after check-out, which was very convenient. When I had an issue with my key card, they responded quickly as well—many thanks to all the staff.One small point: because the large public bath is quite compact, there were waits for washing stations, changing space, and hair dryers. The bath itself was very pleasant, so it felt like a shame. There was also no drinking water available there, so I wish I had brought some from my Room.
