The front desk staff were kind and made me feel at ease.The Hotel was clean, and the Room was also spotless and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, so I slept well.Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I felt it was a great-value Hotel.
くーりん 7/2/2026It was a bit of a walk from Shin-Osaka Station, but there were convenience stores nearby, so it wasn’t hard to find. Most—maybe all—of the staff were from overseas, but they seemed to have studied Japanese-style hospitality and service manners well. The Room was clean and efficiently laid out, and unless you’re looking to enjoy the view, it was more than sufficient. I was able to rest quietly and comfortably; however, since my Room was next to the ice machine, it got quite noisy when other guests used it. Other than that, everything was very good!
