    Bath Hours

    Overall, I am satisfied with the Hotel. It would be even better if the large public bath could also be used the following morning. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety for a free service, and refills were provided promptly, which I appreciated.

    It is 2–3 bus stops ...

    It is 2–3 bus stops from Nagoya Station, and buses to the Nagoya Station and Sakae areas run frequently from the bus stop right in front of the property. It is a bit far on foot. The Room is clean, and the bed is large. Free breakfast is included.

    Variations in staff service quality

    The staff who stored my luggage before check-in and the staff at breakfast provided good service, but the next day, when I went to pick up my luggage after check-in, the staff member did not even greet me. The room was small, but since there was a public bath, I didn’t use the in-room bath, so it was fine if you just need a place to sleep. The public bath was clean, but there are only a few washing stations, so depending on the time you may not be able to relax. Happy hour is limited to certain hours, so I would appreciate having a water dispenser available 24 hours a day. The breakfast area is also small, and it seems difficult to improve due to the building’s layout. I think the food was decent for a Hotel in this class. My family said the shampoo bar was good. I think customer service could be improved.

    It was great.

    It was clean, and there were no issues with the Room. Amenities are the type you bring up yourself as needed. I would be happy to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    Someone came into the Room lol

    While I was taking an evening nap, someone came into my Room... It seems they had assigned the same Room to another guest. There was no apology, and I will never stay there again.

    I stayed on this great-value Plan, and it included breakfast, so it was excellent value for money. There is also a small public bath, which was very relaxing. However, it was always crowded, so I hope this can be improved in the future.

    The room was well-cleaned and had a sense of cleanliness. Breakfast, though the space was small, was delicious. Considering the location, price, and room cleanliness, I think the value for money is excellent. Thank you very much.

    Reasonable

    Overall, the content is reasonable for the price. The rooms are slightly small, and the air conditioning blows directly while sleeping. The public bath has a spacious tub but only three showers, which may be unavailable during busy times. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of Japanese and Western dishes. Additionally, the front desk staff were well-staffed and provided attentive service.

    Convenient Location

    Conveniently located near the subway station. Surrounded by numerous restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast is included, but during the holiday period, it was busier than I preferred, so I opted for a nearby bakery on the second morning. I didn’t use the public bath as it seemed a bit intimidating—wondering about its size? Overall, satisfaction depends on personal preferences and courage, but it was fairly satisfactory.

    The public bath is available from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM and is not accessible in the morning.

    The room is ordinary...

    The room is ordinary, but the bed is spacious, and the bedside table was convenient and comfortable. It was a pity that I couldn't use the bath because I arrived at the hotel late. It would be nice if it could be used in the morning for those who couldn't use it at night.

    It was worth more than the price~

    It was conveniently located near the subway and reasonably priced with a breakfast buffet included. The Room was clean, and the amenities next to the counter were sufficient. The small table next to the bed was handy for a smartphone and TV remote.

    There were areas that were not thoroughly cleaned.

    Overall, it wasn't bad, but there were some issues such as blue cleaning agent residue left on the sink, presumably from the previous guest, and the ventilation fan in the unit bath was covered in dust. I was concerned about the cleaning situation, so I didn't use the bath. Also, I was bothered by something round on the ceiling of the Room being sealed with black vinyl tape. If you're just using it to sleep, it might be okay.
