    Great.

    First, the front desk service was excellent. Even with automation, it still comes down to people. Good service makes you feel welcome. The Room was also comfortable. I was happy that Tenjin was nearby.

    The Room was compact...

    The Room was compact but very clean. There is a convenience store on the 1st floor of the Hotel, which is very convenient. Breakfast was not crowded, allowing for a relaxed dining experience, which was great. It was unfortunate that the Hotel did not have parking, but it might be understandable given the location.

    The service was excellent.

    Conveniently located near the live venue and within walking distance of Nakasu and Tenjin. There is also a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. The Room was clean and had a sense of cleanliness. Above all, the customer service was excellent, and I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

    The location is not ideal.

    The location is not ideal. There are nightlife establishments nearby, with workers standing outside, people smoking while walking, and a crowd of foreigners and night-goers. This is not recommended for families or couples. The front desk service was very impersonal; I was simply directed to use the machine behind them upon arrival. Both the location and customer service leave much to be desired.

    First Time in Fukuoka

    This was our first trip to Fukuoka, combined with attending the Southern live concert. We chose this Hotel through IKYU.com because of its great reviews, and we were extremely satisfied! The front desk staff kindly recommended many delicious restaurants—thank you so much! Every place we tried was absolutely amazing. There are food stalls in Nakasu just a short walk away, and there are plenty of great restaurants around the Hotel—we wished we could have tried more. The Room was clean and well-maintained, with conveniently placed outlets and a Panasonic hairdryer, which was excellent. I also appreciated the amenities, especially the bath salts provided. Breakfast featured a Hakata-style buffet that was very tasty. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also very handy. We would love to stay here again next time!

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    The room was clean and tidy, the bed was spacious with two power outlets around it, and the bathroom was also quite large, making it very comfortable. I also thought the amenity bar on the front floor was practical, allowing guests to take only what they need. I was pleased to find two types of drip coffee available. There were also many delicious-looking restaurants around the hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
