    I usually stay at Tokyu Stay Shimbashi, but this was my first time staying in Ginza for sightseeing. The Room was compact, and the new washing machine was quiet and easy to use. I will stay again. Thank you very much.

  • It was a very convenient Hotel.

    I stayed here to visit the Kabuki-za Theatre, Shinbashi Enbujo Theatre, Shiki Theatre Company, and Tokyo International Forum. It was wonderful that I could get from Haneda Airport to Higashi-Ginza without transfers, and the Hotel is right by the exit stairs. Cross the street and you’re at Kabuki-za; it’s less than a 10-minute walk to Shinbashi Enbujo Theatre and Yurakucho Station. Hamamatsucho is also just two stops away—very convenient. There’s a convenience store nearby, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to central Ginza. The Room was compact but well laid out and easy to move around in. The two-door refrigerator was also great, especially having a freezer compartment. Having a washer-dryer meant I could pack lighter and avoid doing a huge load of laundry after getting home, which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay again.

Starting July 16, 2026, renovation work will be carried out on the 1st-floor lobby and the 2nd-floor restaurant (scheduled for completion around spring 2027).

    Details are as follows.

    ■ Service Details:
    - Service period: Available for arrivals up to September 30, 2026
    - Fee: Completely free (for Tokyu Stay guests only)
    - Cut-off time: By 18:00 on the day (same-day delivery)
    - Number of items: No limit (suitcases, strollers, etc.)
    - Available days: On your check-in day (or the day before)

    ■ Counter Location: Haneda Airport Garden, 2F (next to the Omotenashi Center)
    * Directly connected to Terminal 3.
    * From Terminals 1 and 2, take the free shuttle bus (approx. 15 minutes) to Terminal 3.

    ■ How to Use:
    - After you contact us, we will send you a registration URL.
    - On your arrival day, present the QR code issued at the time of Reservation at the counter.
    - Head out sightseeing straight from the airport—your luggage will be delivered to your Room by evening.
    * If advance registration on a smartphone is difficult, you can also complete the procedure directly at the counter.
