  • The washing machine is a great convenience!

    I chose to stay because the room has an in-room washer-dryer.When traveling, it can be a bit inconvenient to look for a coin laundry or, if the Hotel has one, to go check whether the machines are available. Having a washer in the room and being able to use it right away was extremely convenient. It saves time in many ways—and there’s no need to prepare 100-yen coins!Amenities are picked up from in front of the front desk, and I was glad that toothpaste was available on its own. It’s usually bundled with a toothbrush, but this time I brought my own toothbrush and had run out of toothpaste, so having toothpaste by itself was very helpful.The breakfast ham was delicious. The Kushiro yogurt was also very good.Thank you for your hospitality. I’d like to stay at Tokyu Stay again.

    This was my repeat stay. The location is convenient from Shimbashi Station, the Room was clean, and I was very satisfied with the amenities, including ReFa shampoo products and the shower head. I would like to stay here again for business trips or sightseeing in Tokyo. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

    Details are as follows.

    ・Service period: Available for arrivals up to September 30, 2026
    ・Fee: Completely free (for Tokyu Stay guests only)
    ・Cutoff time: By 18:00 on the day (same-day delivery)
    ・Number of items: No limit (suitcases, strollers, etc.)
    ・Available days: On your check-in day (or the day before)
    ■ Counter location: Haneda Airport Garden, 2F (next to the Omotenashi Center)
    * Directly connected to Terminal 3.
    * From Terminals 1 and 2, take the free shuttle bus (approx. 15 minutes) to Terminal 3.
    ■ How to Use
    ・After you contact us, we will send you a registration URL.
    ・On your arrival day, present the QR code issued at the time of Reservation at the counter.
    ・Then head out sightseeing straight from the airport—your luggage will be delivered to your Room by evening.
    * If advance registration on a smartphone is difficult, you can also complete the procedure directly at the counter.
