■ Installation and Use of Disinfectant Disinfectant is installed in various locations within the facility, such as the front desk and restrooms, and we kindly request our guests to use it. In addition to regular alcohol-based disinfectants, we also use disinfectants with superior antiviral properties. ■ Response to Guests' Health Management If you are feeling unwell, please inform the nearest staff member. In the event of symptoms such as fever or coughing, we will guide you to the nearest medical facility. ■ Measures for Breakfast Service Disinfectant is placed at the restaurant entrance, and we request its use. In addition to sterilizing tableware and disinfecting handles, we have strengthened the disinfection and sterilization of equipment and other items beyond the usual standards. ■ Enhanced Cleaning and Disinfection We have reinforced disinfection and sterilization measures for frequently touched areas, including shared spaces within the facility (elevator buttons, shared restroom doorknobs, faucets, furniture, rental items, etc.), as well as guest room doorknobs, remote controls, switches, faucets, room keys, and more. ■ Strengthened Disinfection and Sterilization of Guest Room Spaces Guest rooms are sanitized as needed, including ozone sterilization, to maintain a hygienic environment. ■ Mask-Wearing and Health Management of Hotel Staff To ensure the health of our guests and Hotel staff, as well as public hygiene, Hotel staff are required to wear masks while on duty. Additionally, we have reinforced health management measures, including thorough handwashing, gargling, disinfection, and temperature checks before reporting to work.
