    We were upgraded to a larger Room free of charge. It was clean with almost no issues, and considering the price, it was an unexpectedly great deal.The only issue was that the shower temperature control valve would not move, so the water stayed cold and the shower was unusable.

    The Room I used was clean and had a great view. They responded politely to sudden requests for extended stays. If I had to say, the phone in the Room had poor reception, making it a bit difficult to talk with the front desk. Many of the staff were from overseas, but they spoke Japanese well, so there were no particular problems.
