■ Thorough COVID-19 Measures for a Safer Stay at Our Hotel ■ At our Hotel, we are implementing measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Leveraging the strengths of being part of a group with a cleaning management company, we conduct "thorough disinfection" in all guest rooms, as well as in shared areas such as the lobby and check-in counters, which goes beyond standard room cleaning procedures. In addition to basic disinfection, we are taking utmost care throughout the Hotel by implementing measures such as rearranging restaurant seating based on social distancing guidelines and ensuring proper ventilation, creating a Hotel environment where guests can feel more secure during their stay. ■ Room Cleaning Cleaning staff wear masks and gloves while cleaning. All teacups and glasses in guest rooms have been replaced with disposable paper cups. Disinfectant and deodorizing sprays are provided in all guest rooms for guests to use. We ensure thorough ventilation during cleaning. For areas frequently touched by guests, we use sodium hypochlorite disinfectant for wiping to ensure thorough disinfection. (Wiping areas) Door handles, bathrooms, faucets, faucet handles, desks, tables, various remote controls, telephones ■ Cleaning of Shared Areas For areas frequently touched by guests, such as elevator buttons and door handles, we regularly disinfect them using sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. We also ensure regular ventilation, such as by keeping automatic doors open. ■ Restaurants and Other Shared Areas For spaces like smoking rooms and coin laundries, we set a maximum capacity to prevent overcrowding. Seating arrangements are designed to maintain distance between guests based on social distancing guidelines. For buffet-style meals, guests are required to wear masks. (Masks are provided for those who do not have one.) Additionally, disposable gloves are available upon request. ■ Requests to Guests Guests who have traveled abroad within the past 14 days are asked to fill out a "COVID-19 Prevention Questionnaire." At check-in, we measure body temperature using a non-contact thermometer. To ensure a safe experience at our Facility, we kindly ask for your cooperation in using alcohol-based hand sanitizers when visiting our Hotel or Facility. We apologize, but guests with a fever or those feeling unwell are requested to refrain from visiting. If you feel unwell, please inform the nearest staff member. ■ Staff Our staff wear masks while serving guests.
