At Moxy Tokyo Kinshicho, we will conduct a full-building power outage on Tuesday, January 5 and Wednesday, January 6, 2027 due to Facility maintenance. As a result, our services will be partially adjusted as follows.


Guests checking out on January 5: Please check out by 11:00. *Late check-out is not available. You will not be able to remain in the building after 11:00.


Guests checking in on January 7: Check-in will begin from 15:00. *Early check-in is not available. *Advance luggage delivery will be accepted as usual. Due to the outage work, same-day luggage storage will be available after the power outage ends, from around 15:00.


Please note that during the outage period, we will suspend inquiries by phone and email.
