  • A Trip for Two: Couples Getaway

    This was my first trip to Hokkaido. I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to celebrate the birth of my eldest son’s baby and to see my grandchild.They kindly accommodated a late check-in, and I appreciated the wide selection of amenities next to the front desk. Breakfast menus changed by day, so I enjoyed a delicious meal on the second day as well. In particular, I loved the seafood rice bowl where you can add as much of your favorite toppings as you like.All staff were pleasant, and I had a very comfortable stay. It would have been even better if the changing area were a bit more spacious.

  • The Room and breakfast are excellent.

    We stayed in a room for three with a breakfast plan. The hotel is located in the Tanukikoji Shopping Street, offering excellent access. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet despite being in the bustling downtown area. The public bath was clean, and although the open-air bath was a bit small, it was very relaxing. We chose this accommodation after reading reviews praising the breakfast. The seasonal salmon roe and yogurt were incredibly delicious. There is also a relaxing space where you can enjoy welcome drinks or ice cream after bathing, making it great value for money and highly satisfying. The staff provided polite service throughout our stay. This is definitely a hotel we would like to stay at again!
