  • The staff were very courteous and helpful.

    Due to an urgent matter, I couldn’t make it in time for check-in, and when you called, you handled it very politely. The Room was simple but very clean, with warm tones that made it feel welcoming.Since I booked a Plan without meals, I’d like to make a Reservation with a meal-included Plan the next time I visit Osaka.
