  • It was very convenient!

    Considering our luggage for the day after our stay, we chose this Hotel near Tokyo Station. It was within walking distance of the concert venue at Tokyo International Forum, and the Hotel was easy to find. The Room was comfortable and conveniently had a small table and chairs. There is also an Ishikawa Prefecture antenna shop nearby, and we would definitely like to stay here again next time!

  • Great value for money, with a satisfying breakfast selection.

    I stayed here as a precaution due to severe weather.I have stayed here before, and the Room was comfortable again this time.However, I did feel that the bathroom (bathtub) was quite small.It also feels a bit cramped when taking a shower, but at this price range it can’t be helped.For breakfast, I’m especially happy that you can have steak.I always end up eating too much—salad, curry, and steak.I would definitely like to stay again.Thank you very much.

  • Important Notice Regarding Stays on or After April 1, 2027

    Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Keio Presso Inn Tokyo Station Yaesu.
    Effective for stays from April 1, 2027, we will revise the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and our cancellation policy. The main changes are as follows:

    1. Revision of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and change in collection method
    - Due to a review of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax system, the taxable Accommodation Fee and calculation method will change. If the room-only rate per person per night (excluding consumption tax and breakfast charges) is JPY 13,000 or more, 3% of the Accommodation Fee will be charged as Accommodation Tax.
    - For stays from April 1, 2027, the Accommodation Tax will be collected on-site at check-in. Even if you choose prepayment, the Accommodation Tax is not included in the Accommodation Fee and must be paid separately on-site.

    2. Revision of cancellation policy
    - No Cancellation Fee up to 4 days prior to your stay; 20% of the Accommodation Fee 3 days prior; 50% 2 days prior; 80% on the day before; and 100% on the day of arrival or in case of a No Show.
    Please note that if separate rules apply to a specific Plan, the cancellation policy specified for that Plan will apply.
