  • Excellent front desk service.

    Whenever I shared requests or questions with the front desk (such as how to get additional coffee or amenity requests), they responded promptly. I asked the front desk several times during this stay, and each time they kindly assisted me with a smile, for which I am very grateful. The location is close to the station, and the Room was very clean and hygienic—I would like to stay again next time.

  • I am satisfied.

    Thank you for taking care of us for 3 nights and 4 days. The Hotel is directly connected to the station, so you can get there without getting wet even on rainy days. There are also Kintetsu and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient for shopping. The Room was a bit old, but it was very clean and we were satisfied. We were happy to have bottled water and coffee provided. We used Kuroneko Yamato’s round-trip luggage delivery service to and from the Hotel, and the front desk staff were excellent as well. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.
