I stayed here for my mother’s birthday trip. This was actually my second trip to Okinawa Island, and the very first Hotel I stayed at on my very first Okinawa trip was also Hotel Palm Royal Resort (about 20 years ago).They kindly upgraded our Room for free, and when I arrived soaked from heavy rain that day, a woman at the front desk greeted me with a smile and offered me a towel. The hospitality was truly wonderful!Breakfast was also delicious! The staff were very friendly and even chose a recommended seat for us.I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but this one has the best hospitality by far. It felt like coming home. I’d love to stay again. Thank you so much!!
千葉県のシン 5/26/2026Thank you for your hospitality. The courteous, warm service from the front desk, shop, and breakfast staff made me feel at ease and allowed me to enjoy a comfortable stay. At breakfast, I was recommended the chef’s green curry, and it was truly delicious. This was a pleasant Hotel that will remain a wonderful travel memory.Having a separate bath in the Room was also an important point for me.
