If they have a fever of 37.5°C or higher or an increase of 1°C above their normal body temperature, they must contact a medical institution for guidance and remain at home on standby. Additionally, if any family member is infected or identified as a close contact case, employees must confirm with public health authorities and self-isolate at home for two weeks. 2. Mandatory Mask-Wearing During Work Masks are distributed to all employees who are required to wear them during working hours. 3. Increased Availability of Alcohol-Based Sanitizers in Offices Alcohol-based sanitizers have been added in offices so that employees can sanitize their hands after entering offices or using restrooms without fail. 4. Adjustments in Working Hours Employee shifts have been adjusted wherever possible to minimize contact between individuals during work hours.
