    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay.The station was close and convenient, and I was satisfied with the service and the bath. The meals were also great—the miso soup was different each day, which made me feel they were considerate of guests staying multiple nights.

  • The changing area has an unpleasant odor.

    Dormy is usually a relaxing place for business travelers, but the changing room in the large public bath smelled bad. It had a stale odor and felt unhygienic. Please do something about it.

    Until now, for guests with a WECO Multiple Night Stay Plan (no-cleaning plan) Reservation, we provided fresh towels daily by hanging them on the guestroom doorknob.
    However, to support environmental conservation and promote resource circulation, we will partially revise this service effective March 1, 2026.
    Going forward, we will no longer hang towels on the doorknob every day; instead, towels will be provided upon request.
    This initiative is part of our efforts to value resources and reduce our environmental impact as much as possible.
