  • Clean and pleasant surroundings

    The Room was clean and well maintained. Security felt strong and reassuring, as access to the floor is restricted without a Room key for that floor. The location was convenient, with easy access from the station and plenty of nearby convenience stores. At the end of my stay, the toilet became clogged and wouldn’t flush when I was leaving; when I informed them at checkout, they both thanked me for letting them know and apologized for the inconvenience, which reflected very polite service.

  • I was very concerned...

    I was very concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom. The dirt around the handrail was in a highly visible area, so it was disappointing to see.I also noticed that the toilet flush was a bit weak.Other than that, including the front desk staff’s service, my stay was comfortable.
