At Hotel Fuji Ryugagaoka and YAKINIKU Ryugagaoka, we are implementing enhanced preventive hygiene measures to combat the spread of COVID-19 until the situation is resolved. 1. Hand sanitizers are placed at the main entrance, and we kindly request guests to use alcohol-based sanitizers. 2. Social distancing is maintained during the check-in process. 3. Acrylic partitions are installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. 4. Temperature checks are conducted at the front desk, and we ask for your cooperation. 5. UVC virus killer devices are used in several areas within the facility for air disinfection. 6. The public bath is limited to a maximum of 5 guests at a time, and the number of lockers has been reduced to enforce usage restrictions. Additionally, hair dryers in the public bath dressing room have been removed. 7. At the breakfast venue entrance and drink corner, we request guests to use alcohol-based sanitizers. 8. In addition to regular Room cleaning, we conduct disinfection and sterilization cleaning of frequently touched items such as remote controls and doorknobs. 9. All staff members are required to measure their body temperature before starting work, and records are managed accordingly. The restaurant "YAKINIKU Ryugagaoka," located within the Hotel, is also taking the following measures: 1. Acrylic partitions are installed at the cashier counter to prevent droplet transmission. 3. Tables, chairs, menus, and other frequently touched surfaces are thoroughly disinfected with alcohol. 4. After guests finish their meals, the table roasters are kept running to ensure proper ventilation. 5. All staff members wear sanitary masks.
