    I was unfamiliar with the area and needed a place to stay at short notice, but I made a Reservation because I felt I could trust a Kyoritsu Group Hotel.It turned out to be absolutely the right choice!The staff member who answered my inquiry call was very courteous, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful—everyone working at the Hotel was attentive, which made me feel truly welcome.I enjoyed the late-night soba, relaxed in the large public bath to soothe my fatigue, and loved the local breakfast. The jelly and water in the refrigerator were also a nice touch.The bed was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly.Thanks to you, it was a very comfortable stay.I would love to stay again.Thank you very much.

  • As always, it was excellent.

    I have been staying for one night every month since June! I have stayed at various accommodations, but Dormy Inn Muroran is my favorite! This time, the toilet and shower room had a sewage smell, but other than that, the room, bath, late-night soba noodles, and hotel staff were as excellent as always and helped me relax. The massage chair after the bath was amazing and relieved my daily fatigue. I will visit again next month! Thank you very much!
