  • Due to a flight dela...

    Due to a flight delay, I couldn’t get home and made a Reservation in a hurry, so I accidentally booked a smoking Room. After check-in, I noticed the smell as soon as I got off the elevator and spoke with the front desk. They kindly accommodated my request and promptly prepared a non-smoking Room for me. Thank you very much.

  • Comfortable Hotel

    It was a comfortable Hotel. Directly connected to JR Chiba Station, it was reassuring even when arriving on the last train. When I noticed I didn’t have a breakfast ticket and asked the staff, they responded very politely. Breakfast starting from 6:30 AM was also very convenient. Thank you very much.
