An upscale Business Hotel for a relaxing stay in the Nagoya–Kanayama area
With the concept of a "Relaxing Urban Hotel," all rooms feature flooring where guests can enjoy their stay without shoes. This new-style Hotel, the first in the Kanayama area, offers male and female public baths, a women-only floor, and premium rooms designed to welcome VIPs from Japan and abroad—perfect for both tourism and business.
I stayed here for sightseeing, but the service at check-in was a bit unsatisfactory.The Room and bath were very satisfying, so it was a shame.
It was close to the station, making it easy to get around. There were many shops nearby, which was very convenient. I was happy that the amenities included cooling leg sheets, MegRhythm steam eye masks, and a face mask! As I had seen in other Reviews, breakfast was very satisfying. The staff at the breakfast venue were also polite and left a good impression. Overall I’m satisfied, but what disappointed me was that someone entered the large public bath with a bath towel wrapped around them and then wrung it out in the tub when leaving. It felt unhygienic, but since there are no posted bath manners/rules in foreign languages, I suppose it can’t be helped. I would like to stay here again.
