    A clean Room

    This was my first stay, and the Room was very clean, so I had a comfortable time. The staff were also wonderful, and I think it’s a great Hotel. I didn’t add breakfast this time, but I’d like to try it next time. My car didn’t fit in the multi-story parking garage, so I used the ground-level parking lot instead. They kindly guided me to the parking area, which was very helpful. I would like to stay again.

    Another water leak again.

    I chose this Hotel because, despite its convenient location, it was reasonably priced and seemed like a good option. However, during my previous stay in December, the bath drain overflowed and soaked even the toilet area. At that time, I appreciated how the front desk staff handled it, so I stayed again. This time, water leaked from the base of the toilet bowl and everything was flooded again. Since this is the second time, I suspect aging Facility issues along with insufficient inspections and understaffing. It was very unpleasant and I believe it affects the Hotel’s credibility.

    Great value for money!

    You can see Kumamoto Castle from the room, offering great value for money and complete satisfaction. The parking attendant was polite and helpful.

    Response to Requests at the Time of Reservation

    We were very satisfied with the stay as our requests during the reservation were fully accommodated. We use this accommodation every year and plan to stay again next time.

    The staff's service was excellent.

    I visited by private car, and first of all, the response from the parking attendant was very good. He was an elderly gentleman, but he greeted us cheerfully and responded promptly. The young staff at the front desk also responded politely. Unfortunately, when we entered the Room, the previous guest's bath towel was left behind, but they quickly addressed the issue, and we enjoyed visiting the nearby Kumamoto Castle. I would like to use this place again when I visit Kumamoto.
