    I stayed in Sapporo mostly by myself throughout June, and close to the last day my family of three stayed here as well. This used to be New Otani Sapporo, and the Room is spacious in a classic city-hotel style and has been beautifully renovated, so I had no complaints at all. Breakfast is also wonderful—you can enjoy as many of the famous pancakes as you like, and it’s a great way to start the day feeling happy. I’ve seen some comments about the age of certain bathroom fixtures, but on the higher floors I was soothed by the mist setting with a ReFa shower head. On lower floors, it’s a two-handle mixer tap type; however, perhaps because of that, the water pressure is extremely strong and you can fill the bathtub quickly. Combined with the shower head, I could even massage my legs in the shower, which personally left me very satisfied. I plan to stay here again whenever I visit Sapporo in the future.

  • It was comfortable.

    I stayed here for a concert in Makomanai. I was upgraded to a top-floor Room, and my friend and I were thrilled.Some of the Facility is a bit dated, but everything was very clean and we were very satisfied.I would like to stay here again next time.
