  Stays for couples

  We stayed for one night as a couple. The interior, room, and Onsen were all clean and satisfying. The complimentary coffee provided at the front desk was very delicious. The staff were very kind and accommodating, making it a hotel we would like to stay at again.

  It was comfortable.

  I had a reservation for a single room, but I was upgraded to a twin room. The room was spacious, and I was able to relax and soak in the large public bath. I look forward to staying again.

  I was satisfied.

  The room was spacious and comfortable. I had a relaxing stay at the quiet hotel.

  Sad bed & pillow

  I have used this place several times. The deciding factor is the large public bath. The cleaning is thorough, and I think it's convenient for women that there is a coin laundry (one machine) in the women's bath changing room. It would be nice to have a cleaning wiper in the changing room. There are several microwaves, which is convenient for heating up brought-in food. There is also an ice machine, which is good. The breakfast offers a variety of items and is delicious. Overall, I have given it a high rating and have repeatedly used it because it's convenient, but I can't accept the bed and pillow in the room. That high and hard pillow! It was impossible for me. I think there are individual differences, though. For a one-night stay, it's okay, but although I could overlook it before, this time I stayed for three nights and ended up with a stiff body and had to take medicine to suppress headaches first thing in the morning. Other aspects are highly rated, but it's a business hotel with a bed that doesn't allow you to rest your body. I'm unsure if I will use it again in the future.
