  • The front desk staff were very kind.

    The Room had just been renovated and the interior was lovely. Although the bathroom and toilet space was small, there was a mini sofa in the Room, which was convenient.Above all, the woman at the front desk was kind and left a very positive impression.The area is full of construction, and even the nearest station entrance has been closed, so Akasaka has changed a lot. However, getting around Tokyo was very convenient with access to the Chiyoda Line and Ginza Line. Roppongi is also within walking distance. I would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

  • It was excellent.

    The service was excellent, the Room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well (unlike the Hotel I stayed at the next day where it didn’t work properly). It was my first business trip in a while, and I was grateful to spend my time comfortably and at ease.

  • Important Notice Regarding Stays on or After April 1, 2027

    Thank you for your continued patronage of Keio Presso Inn Akasaka.
    For stays from April 1, 2027 onward, we will revise the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and our cancellation policy. The main changes are as follows:

    1. Revision of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax and change in collection method
    - Due to a review of the Tokyo Accommodation Tax system, the taxable Accommodation Fee and calculation method will change. If the room-only rate per person per night (excluding consumption tax and breakfast charges) is JPY 13,000 or more, 3% of the Accommodation Fee will be charged as Accommodation Tax.
    - For stays from April 1, 2027 onward, the Accommodation Tax will be collected on-site at check-in. Even if you choose prepayment, the Accommodation Tax is not included in the Accommodation Fee and must be paid separately on-site.

    2. Revision of cancellation policy
    - No Cancellation Fee up to 4 days before your stay; 20% of the Accommodation Fee 3 days before; 50% 2 days before; 80% on the day before; and 100% on the day of arrival or in case of No Show.
    Please note that if separate rules apply to a specific Plan, the cancellation policy specified for that Plan will apply.
