    I stayed for one night on a business trip. They upgraded my Room, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. I was also impressed by how politely the foreign front desk staff assisted guests. I will stay here again when I travel to Tokyo for business. Thank you very much.

  • We truly appreciate your check-in at 2:00 PM, even in the extreme afternoon heat.

    After finishing my morning errands, waiting until the 3:00 PM check-in can feel like a long time. But a 2:00 PM check-in feels like you can head straight over right after lunch. In this extreme heat, I had no energy for window shopping, so I was able to collapse into my Room and take a bath right away. I’m truly grateful. This is a rare Hotel in Ginza with a valuable 2:00 PM check-in, and I highly recommend it for families with small children as well.
