Enhanced regular disinfection / cleaning / ventilation We regularly disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, doors, elevator buttons, restroom doors, and frequently touched surfaces in guest rooms as appropriate. We will continue thorough cleaning and strengthen regular ventilation throughout the building. 3. Mask wearing during guest service To protect guest health and safety as well as public hygiene, our service staff wear masks while assisting guests. [Measures for Employees] 1. Health checks before starting work At the staff entrance, we thoroughly check body temperature using non-contact thermometers and ensure hand sanitizing. Employees with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or who feel unwell will be instructed to stay home and will not be allowed to work. 2. Additional alcohol-based hand sanitizer stations in back-of-house areas We have added alcohol-based hand sanitizer so that employees can always sanitize their hands after entering offices or using restrooms. 3. System for managing unwell employees We have introduced action guidelines for when an employee feels unwell and a system to monitor employee health conditions.
