Regarding Our Hotel's Measures Against COVID-19 Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Grand Park Hotel Odate. At our Hotel, we prioritize the health and safety of our guests and employees, and we are implementing the following infection prevention measures to prepare for any eventuality and to prevent the spread of infection. 【Measures in Shared Areas Within the Property】 1. Hand sanitizing alcohol is placed at the entrances to the Property, in front of elevators, at the restaurant entrance, and at reception counters, and we kindly ask for guests' cooperation in using them. 2. For the safety and public health of our guests and employees, we require all employees to wear masks. 3. High-touch areas such as guest room doorknobs and other shared spaces are disinfected daily with alcohol-based disinfectant. 4. Breakfast is served buffet-style (resumed from July 1), and we request guests' cooperation in sanitizing hands with alcohol, wearing masks, and maintaining social distancing at the breakfast venue. 5. Tongs (V-shaped tools for picking up food) at dining venues are frequently replaced. Disposable vinyl gloves are also provided, and we ask for your cooperation in avoiding direct contact with the tongs. 6. Non-contact temperature checks are conducted when using accommodations, the Onsen, and the restaurant. 7. We request the wearing of masks and adherence to proper cough and sneeze etiquette. 8. Cooperation with usage restrictions: * To avoid "crowding," guests may be asked to wait for entry to the large public bath or restaurant during busy times. 【Employee Measures】 1. Health checks are conducted daily upon reporting to work. Employees with symptoms such as fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or taste disorders are instructed to stay at home. Currently, no staff members exhibit such symptoms. 2. Employees are required to thoroughly wash hands and gargle upon reporting to work, and to sanitize their hands with alcohol-based disinfectant provided in the workplace. We will continue to update these measures based on announcements and policies from the government and relevant organizations.
