    Sleep soundly in peace & enjoy convenient Room use

    It was very quiet and I slept well. The Room was easy to use and comfortable. It was very cold outside, but the Room heating could be turned up comfortably—great!

    Stayed here at the end of the year! The location was excellent, the facility was clean, and the staff were very polite—overall a great experience. As for suggestions, I was disappointed that there was no milk available at breakfast. It would also be nice to have USB charging ports in the room. Additionally, when I applied for breakfast on the same morning, "Japanese-style breakfast" was not an option. Since both same-day and advance bookings are priced equally, it would be great if same-day bookings could also include Japanese-style options. I understand this might be due to preparation constraints, but it would help if this could be clearly communicated during check-in on the previous day! That said, it was a very quiet and wonderful accommodation. Thank you so much!

    It was comfortable.

    This was my first time staying in a single room. I thought it might be small, but it was surprisingly well-organized and convenient to use.

    Attractive Location

    The Hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the station, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, providing great peace of mind. It takes less than 5 minutes on foot. The Room is not very spacious but clean and equipped with all the essentials. However, there were three issues: ① The free Wi-Fi speed was extremely slow (around 8 Mbps), making video streaming impossible due to interruptions and freezing. ② The built-in clock emitted a red light and alarmed for some unknown reason, which was very unpleasant. ③ The wall outlet was loose and unstable, creating a dangerous situation that made me hesitant to use it. The issue with the clock remains a mystery, but since an air purifier was plugged into the outlet, I believe this could have been noticed during cleaning by Hotel staff. I would like to stay again in the future, so I hope these issues will be addressed promptly!

    I visited during a business trip.

    I stayed here during a business trip. The location is very convenient, just a short distance from Kumagaya Station South Exit, and it's also an easy walk through the station to the entertainment district on the opposite side. The Facility is standard for a Business Hotel, but the staff's service was exceptionally polite and accommodating, which was very helpful. I would love to stay here again on my next business trip. Thank you very much!

    Clean and Affordable

    The facility is modern with good lighting and cleanliness. Unlike many hotels that skip cleaning for multiple night stays, this long-established hotel ensures proper service. While there is no drip coffee or mineral water provided, a convenience store nearby makes it manageable. The meals are not particularly delicious, but considering it's a business hotel, it's acceptable. The complimentary morning newspaper service is a nice touch.

    A very comfortable Hotel.

    I stayed for one night in a single room, and honestly, since it was very affordable, I didn't have high expectations. However, my stay was so comfortable that I would consider making this my regular accommodation in Kumagaya. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, providing everything I needed without excess. The front desk staff is always available, and their professional service made me feel very secure. It's located right in front of the station with a well-stocked 7-Eleven nearby—perfect for solo travelers like me. The housekeeping staff greeted me politely, which made me happy. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience this time! I look forward to staying here again when visiting Kumagaya.
