Measures Against COVID-19 - Hand Sanitization Please sanitize your hands. - Wearing Masks Please wear a mask. - Please cooperate in preventing overcrowding in elevators and smoking areas. - Upon entry, please sanitize your hands and wear a mask. - Please wear a mask except when using the drink service. To prevent contact and droplet infections, we have implemented the following measures. Additionally, to minimize staff entry into your Room after check-in, some services will be suspended. Upon Arrival and Departure - Staff will conduct temperature checks at the front desk. Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or those feeling unwell will be asked to refrain from entering the Property. *The 37.5°C fever standard is based on government guidelines. - Based on instructions or requests from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, or local governments, we may inquire about the health conditions of guests, including accompanying guests. - If the Hotel determines there is a suspicion of infection based on the health conditions of guests, we may consult with the public health center or consultation center with the guest's consent. If consent is not given, or if guests do not comply with instructions from the public health center or consultation center after consultation, or if infection is confirmed, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse service. - Acrylic boards have been installed at the front counter. During Your Stay - After check-in, staff will minimize entry into your Room. After Departure - After your departure, we will thoroughly disinfect, clean, and ventilate the Room. - If you feel unwell during your stay, please consult a medical institution or the local public health center. - For guests whose health condition continues to deteriorate or who have a travel or stay history in countries with widespread infections, some services of the Hotel may be restricted. - All staff and related personnel are required to frequently wash hands, gargle, and sanitize hands for each service. - Daily health checks are conducted for all staff. Staff with a fever of 37.5°C or higher at the time of reporting to work are required to stay at home.
