Good value Hotel
I was a bit worried after seeing some negative Reviews, but I didn’t notice anything unhygienic or concerning. The free Shuttle Service to Haneda Airport (about 14 passengers on a first-come, first-served basis?) was also convenient. It’s perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight from Haneda.

It was great.
The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the limousine bus to Haneda Airport was very helpful. Overall, I was very satisfied and would like to stay here again. One minor concern was the bathroom cleanliness. It would have been even better if it had been cleaned more thoroughly, perhaps with a mold remover. Some parts, like the bottom of the glass door and parts of the unit, appeared reddish and discolored, which made me wonder if they had been cleaned properly.
