Staff health management Staff members undergo health checks such as condition assessments and temperature checks before starting work. 5. Guest temperature screening We are gradually introducing non-contact temperature screening at check-in using a non-contact thermometer. Guests found to have a fever may be asked to accept changes or limitations to services provided. 6.
