    I had to travel to Sapporo on short notice and made a same-day Reservation. I was happy to have a Room with a view of the Hokkaido Government Office. It was conveniently located within walking distance of Sapporo Station and Susukino.The front desk staff were kind and helpful.Thank you very much.

    Stayed with my elderly father and aunt for a memorial service. We were upgraded to three twin rooms. The front desk staff and breakfast restaurant staff were polite, kind, and made our stay very pleasant. When we asked for a group photo of the three of us before leaving, the front desk staff kindly took it while making jokes, which created a warm atmosphere. Thank you very much!
