Measures Against COVID-19 [Facility Measures] Placement of Disinfectant Alcohol-based disinfectants are placed in the entrance lobby, elevator halls on each floor, restaurants, banquet halls, and other areas. Facility Disinfection All doorknobs, handles, elevator buttons, and other frequently touched surfaces within the Property are disinfected with alcohol every hour. Guest Room Disinfection All room keys, doorknobs, handles, tables, chairs, telephones, remote controls, and other surfaces frequently touched by guests are disinfected with alcohol. Mask Usage by Staff For the health and safety of our guests and public hygiene, our staff wear masks while attending to guests. Health Check for Guests At check-in, we conduct a health screening and confirm the travel route taken by guests before arriving at the Hotel. [Measures for Employees] Mask Usage During Commute Masks are distributed to employees, and wearing them during commutes is mandatory. Health Checks and Management Employees are required to check their temperature and sanitize their hands. A health management checklist is implemented, and employees with a fever of 37.5°C or higher or those feeling unwell are instructed to stay home. Increased Alcohol Disinfectant in Back Areas Alcohol-based disinfectants are added in back areas, such as offices and restrooms, to ensure hand sanitization after use. Restriction on Non-Essential Outings and Gatherings Employees are prohibited from non-essential outings and are advised to refrain from attending gatherings, events, or group meals involving large numbers of people. Staggered Work Hours To prevent infection, staggered commuting hours are implemented, particularly for office staff, to avoid peak travel times. [Requests to Guests] To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, we kindly ask for your cooperation in using alcohol-based disinfectants and wearing masks upon arrival.
