Notice of a Building-Wide Power Outage Due to a Legally Required Electrical Equipment Inspection
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Daiwa Roynet Hotel Utsunomiya.
At our Hotel, a scheduled power outage will be carried out throughout the entire building on the date and time below to conduct a legally required electrical Facility inspection.
During the outage, all electricity supply within the Hotel will be suspended, and guest rooms and various in-house Facilities will not be available.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
■ Scheduled Power Outage Date & Time
Monday, January 4, 2027: 11:00–14:00
* This applies to guests checking out on January 4 and guests checking in on January 4.
* The outage time may vary depending on work progress.
* The work schedule may change depending on the details of the work.
■ Affected Areas / Details
- All guest room equipment will be unavailable, including electricity, telephone service, and water supply.
(Lighting, air conditioning, internet, TV, power outlets, toilet, washbasin/sink area, shower, etc.)
- Elevators; lighting throughout the building; automatic doors; and the mechanical parking garage will also be out of service.
- A standby light (flashlight) is provided in each guest room.
On Monday, January 4, 2027, due to this work:
Check-out will be available until 11:00 only / Check-in will begin from 14:00.
Please note that late check-out extensions and early check-in cannot be accommodated.
During the outage period our Hotel phone lines will be unavailable. If you have an urgent matter or inquiry during this time,
