  • It was very comfortable.

    Almost directly connected to Kitahama Station, and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind. The room type I stayed in had a separate bathtub that was very convenient—overall, I had an extremely comfortable stay. I sincerely appreciate everything.I would love to stay with you again next time. Thank you very much.

  • It was great.

    I was able to relax and spend some quality time with my husband, whom I live apart from, for the first time in a while. The front desk staff were very courteous at check-in, which made me happy, and the room was spacious and comfortable. When my husband arrived at the Hotel in the evening, he was delighted to find kelp plum tea among the amenities. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.
