    Due to a legally required electrical Facility inspection, the entire building will experience a power outage on the following date and time.

    Power Outage Date/Time: Tuesday, November 24, 2026, 12:00–16:00

    All lighting, air conditioning, and refrigerators will be unavailable. Please save any data on your PC or other devices in advance.
    Elevators and automatic doors will be completely out of service. Please use the emergency stairs.
    Water supply, hot water, and toilets will be completely unavailable. Neither hot nor cold water can be used.
    Internet access (Wi-Fi and wired LAN) will be unavailable.

    Important: Check-in on that day will be available from 17:00 onward.

    If you arrive before then, we can store your luggage only. Please note that loud noise may occur while the generator is being inspected.

    Accordingly, we will collect the following Accommodation Tax separately at check-in.

    If the Accommodation Fee (excluding tax) is JPY 10,000 or more but less than JPY 15,000: JPY 100 per night
    If the Accommodation Fee (excluding tax) is JPY 15,000 or more: JPY 200 per night
