  • Thank you for the helpful pick-up and drop-off service.

    When we arrived at Itami Airport, we called and they told us where to meet, then came to pick us up right away (it wasn’t too far to walk, but we had a lot of luggage). The next morning, they also took us by the scheduled shuttle bus. It was very helpful.The bath is an artificial Onsen, but it was very relaxing.While many places put a lot of effort into breakfast, I felt the breakfast here was a little disappointing.
