    I was able to relax.

    I was very happy to be able to use the Onsen Facility at New Chitose Airport for free. The Room was spacious and quiet, allowing me to relax. However, I was concerned about the smell of cigarettes when I entered the Room. It smelled so much that I thought I might have been mistakenly guided to a smoking Room even though I requested a non-smoking Room. After spraying the deodorizing mist in the Room, it improved significantly. I hope the smell will be gone next time.

    Airport Hotel for your return journey

    It's reassuring to be at the airport the day before your return trip. You can leisurely finish your dinner and shopping, and relax in the airport Onsen. It was also enjoyable to watch the night flights arriving and departing from the Room. It would be nice if the breakfast was a bit more delicious.

    I would like to use it again.

    New Chitose Airport is a huge amusement park where you can enjoy shopping, gourmet food, and hot springs. Depending on the flight arrival and departure times, it's a hotel that makes you think it's worth staying overnight. The complimentary breakfast was also good in content.

    Directly connected to the airport, a paradise for aviation enthusiasts.

    I enjoyed watching takeoffs and landings from the window on the runway side. The room's TV displayed flight arrivals and departures, which was great for checking where the planes were headed. The hotel felt a bit old, but it was clean. Although you have to align with the airport facilities' hours, I was satisfied with the souvenirs, meals, and bath.
