Opened in February 2012! 0-minute walk from the East Exit of JR Katsuta Station! This is a "Smart Hotel" located in front of the station, designed to address the feedback you may have had during your stays at a Business Hotel. All rooms are equipped with wired LAN, Wi-Fi, and Simmons beds. Enjoy a clean and comfortable sleep with duvet-style bedding wrapped in sheets. The bathroom features a universal design with no steps. Additional thoughtful touches include a bedside jewelry box and complimentary mineral water service. The rice, cooked with grains selected by a Five-Star Rice Meister, is exceptional. Breakfast is highly recommended!

  • There were no partic...

    There were no particular inconveniences. This Hotel is in an almost perfect location—right in front of the station and close to the bus stop. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, and I was able to dine at a table that felt like one you’d find in a fine Ryokan. Because there was an issue with the Room I had reserved and it couldn’t be used, I moved to a larger Room at the same rate. In the new Room, the TV was on a movable stand, so I could watch it from both the bed and the sofa. I watched DVDs using the provided DVD player. The DVD player rental fee is 1,000 yen. With checkout at 12:00, which is quite late, I was able to relax and take my time. There were no major inconveniences in particular. If I had to mention something, the shower water pressure was slightly weak, and there didn’t seem to be proper ventilation in the bathroom—these points lowered my rating somewhat. If I stay overnight in Katsuta again, I would likely use this Accommodation again.
