Approximately a 2-minute walk from Nagano Station "Zenkoji Exit." All guest rooms feature free Wi-Fi, individual air conditioning, and equipped with warm water cleaning and heated toilet seats. Floors 1 to 4 house various tenant facilities (convenience store, izakaya, seafood, barbecue, karaoke, etc.).
I was able to stay one night at a discounted rate with a Reservation made one month in advance. (I stayed on the first day of the Nagano Tomyo Festival. I thought it might be hard to book, but since I applied early, I was able to make a Reservation.)It has great access from Nagano Station, the room was clean, and I was very satisfied with the wide selection of amenities. I didn’t notice any noise from the city or inside the Hotel at all. The staff were always smiling and helpful, so even as a woman staying alone, I felt safe. I really appreciated the variety of tea bags and that there were two types of bath salts. Thank you very much for your hospitality. When staying in Nagano again, I would definitely like to use this Accommodation again.

There were a variety of amenities such as face masks, bath additives, and hair treatments, and even pajamas with separate tops and bottoms were provided, which was great. I would like to use this accommodation again when visiting Nagano.
