  • It was a very good Hotel.

    The Room was spacious and clean, and the eco-friendly initiatives were thoughtfully implemented—just the right balance without being overdone—so I had a very comfortable stay with no inconvenience.The breakfast was delicious, but it was disappointing to find a large piece of trash on the floor by my seat.Still, it was a Hotel I would like to stay at again when visiting Osaka.

  • Extremely convenient!!

    I stayed here for sightseeing in Osaka, and the location is outstanding!The Hotel is inside a commercial complex, with a station on the Midosuji Subway Line just nearby, and plenty of shops and restaurants in the area—so getting around and finding places to eat is never a problem.There is also an adjacent Times parking lot with capacity for over 200 cars, and you can access it via a dedicated elevator, so guests traveling by car can stay with peace of mind.I would definitely like to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!!

    Due to an in-building power system renewal at the Carino Esaka Building, where our Hotel is located, a complete power outage will occur throughout the entire building, including the Hotel, on the date and time below. During the outage, electrical equipment cannot be used.
    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    Power Outage Schedule: January 18, 2027, 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. (scheduled)

    ■ This applies to guests staying on January 17, 2027.

    During the outage, guest room lighting, refrigerators, TVs, air conditioners, electrical outlets/charging ports, and hot water supply will be unavailable.
    Elevators as well as in-building air conditioning and lighting will also be suspended.
    The vending machine area will also be out of service.
    Emergency lights are provided in guest rooms.

    Accordingly, sales via IKYU have been suspended for stays on January 17, 2027.
